Rates
Rates are for the whole house and garden, up to eight guests. Nothing is added at checkout except any extras you choose. There is a 3 night minimum stay.

Villa Rose suits relocations, renovations, work placements and extended family visits — particularly over winter, when the house is quiet and the rate is at its lowest. Get in touch and we'll put together a figure.

Policies
Cancellations must be given with 14 days notice of check-in date for full refund.
Bookings that fail to cancel within 14 days incur 100% non-refundable fee.
Photo and Location Shoots: For any location shoots or events such as elopements, kindly arrange it with us in advance, and there is an additional fee of $1500 plus GST per day.
Pets & Animals: Unfortunately we cannot accomodate your pet at Villa Rose at this stage.
Travel Insurance & Cancellation Policy: We recommend securing travel insurance with providers like Allianz or Cover1 to safe guard against any unforeseen travel disruptions, including COVID exposure or other emergencies.
