Sleeping eight and with plenty of room for entertaining, Villa Rose is a stone’s throw from Victoria Park and the bus stop next door will take you directly into the CBD.

On the eastern edge of the Parklands. Walk to Victoria Park, the Botanic Gardens, and the East End. Sixteen minutes to the airport, and Burnside Village and the Dulwich shops are close enough for a morning coffee run.

Fringe, Adelaide Festival, WOMADelaide, Gather Round, LIV Golf. Adelaide's calendar happens on your doorstep, and a whole house beats four hotel rooms every time.

How many people does Villa Rose sleep?
8 people across 4 queen main bedrooms. An additional wing of the house is can be offered sleeping up to 4 people - 2 singles and a queen pull out sofa bed. The pool room wing also acts as a playroom with kids table and chairs, toys and more. Click here to view house map.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, and it varies by season. Two nights in winter, three in shoulder season, four over summer and five during major events. The calendar will tell you when you enter your dates.
Can we bring children?
Very much so. A portable cot, high chair, and children's toys and books are available on request. The gardens are secure and the pool is fenced.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately not at this stage.
